With winter coming to an end, we’ve had the opportunity to reflect on 2018 as well as to begin implementing our plans for 2019.   Looking back, we are proud to say that 2018 ended strong with several new clients, new employees, and a fresh perspective on continuing to serve our community.

Since the start of 2018, we have gained 9 new commercial clients, which have further diversified our ever-growing portfolio.  With the addition of these new clients, we’re committed to expanding and have added a host of new talented Staff with a wide range of skills.  In 2018 alone, we welcomed 22 new Staff Members to Benchmark for positions in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Energy Services, Fire Protection, Marketing, Permitting, and Administration.  Continuing this trend in 2019, 8 additional Staff Members have joined our teams in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Permitting, and IT since the first of the year! We look forward to adding several more talented members to our dedicated team as we continue to build out our client base.

Not only was 2018 an incredible year of growth for us, it was also an unbelievable year of giving.  To celebrate our 40th anniversary, we chose to honor the community that has supported us by doing 40 Acts of Service.  In the end, we exceeded our goal and accomplished 41 Acts of Service!  In the process, we were able to connect with several amazing people and organizations and gain an even greater appreciation and respect for the community of Northwest Arkansas, as well as our own generous Staff Members who completed these projects throughout the year.  We are looking forward to staying involved with many of these community service events and organizations and can’t wait to share them with you in the coming months!

2019 will be a strong year of expansion and diversification as Benchmark Group looks toward the future full of new opportunities.  We look forward to continuing to build great relationships with our clients and community, and to setting the highest standard of quality, efficiency, and commitment in our future business endeavors.

Best Wishes,

David P. Kimball, P.E.
