Tiffany Saiz

Tiffany began at Benchmark Group in 2006 as an Administrative Assistant, initially gaining experience in refrigeration remodels and CAD operation. She advanced to a role as CAD Operator, and after taking on special projects and working on plumbing and HVAC, she was promoted to Designer I. While in her role as designer, Tiffany gained extensive experience in Walmart fuel stations and neighborhood markets, as well as Walmart and Sam’s Club remodels. Through her excitement to learn and challenge herself, Tiffany progressed to a Designer III before being promoted to her current role as Project Manager. Her design experience includes Target, Starbucks, Family Dollar, 7/11, nail salons, and banks. She also has experience in running energy audits.

As Project Manager, Tiffany trains and mentors new designers, answers RFIs, and handles quality control for Sam’s Remodels and Cap-X projects. Tiffany puts an emphasis on nurturing her relationships with both Clients and teammates alike, making her a valuable member of the Benchmark Group team.
