Steve began his career with Benchmark Group in 1992 as part of the Electrical Design team and has been a key contributor ever since. Throughout his tenure, he has taken on a wide range of responsibilities, including project scoping, quality control, staff training, program coordination, and overall program management.

His project experience is broad and includes prototype development, new store designs, expansions, remodels, acquisitions, and fueling stations. With his depth of knowledge and hands-on experience, Steve consistently brings value to every phase of a project.
