Seth Madewell

Project Manager, Engineering

Seth is currently a Project Manager at Benchmark Group, where he leads his team to ensure projects are completed within deadlines and to a standard both Benchmark Group and Clients are proud of. He is responsible for quality control, process improvement, and the training and development of new team members. Seth has designed multiple types of refrigeration systems for large retail Clients such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Target, and he has experience conducting site surveys and functional performance tests.

Seth joined Benchmark Group after graduating from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Previously, he gained experience in an internship with a high-pressure metal die casting company where he worked in the research and development department.
