Nick Unich, LEED AP BD+C

Architectural Program Director – Rogers •

Nick is the Architectural Program Director for the Rogers, Arkansas office. He holds a Master of Architecture from Texas Tech University and has over 16 years of experience in a variety of project types including healthcare, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, multi-family, planning, and churches.  Client satisfaction and quality assurance are top priorities but Nick also focuses on sustainability, efficient project delivery, and best practices. Additional areas of attention include company growth and recruiting.

Nick has served both private and public entities; he has also played roles in disaster recovery efforts involving public funds and critical services.  A LEED® accredited professional with a specialty in building design and construction (LEED® AP BD+C), Nick actively promotes sustainable design practices.  His experience includes working on the development and construction side of the industry which enables him to see the bigger picture, in addition to the steps and milestones necessary to deliver a project.

Nick is passionate about the outdoors, enjoying hunting, fishing, scuba diving, and golf. He also enjoys spending time with family and his chocolate lab.  Nick is community minded and is involved with Hearts & Hammers, Habitat for Humanity, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
