Navaz Ebrahim

Project Manager, Architecture

Navaz joined Benchmark Group in 2025 as a Project Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Azad University in Tehran, Iran and later earned her Master of Architecture at Iowa State University. After graduating, she relocated to Dallas, Texas, where she has continued to grow her career in architecture and project management.

    Navaz has experience in a wide variety of project types, including retail, office, renovation, multi-family, and restaurant. Her strengths as a project manager include managing multiple tight deadlines simultaneously, leveraging her diverse project experience, and leading seamless coordination across all disciplines to ensure consistency and alignment throughout each project. While with BG, Navaz has focused on managing retrofit initiatives for Urban Air Adventure Park locations. Through these projects, she has developed a strong understanding of the Urban Air program and works closely with the client to align expectations and consistently deliver solutions that meet established standards.

    Prior to joining Benchmark Group, Navaz served as a Project Manager leading Fogo de Chão projects, where she gained valuable experience managing complex schedules, coordinating across multiple disciplines, and delivering consistent, high-quality results.

    In addition to her professional work, Navaz serves as a board member for a not-for-profit organization, supporting her community outside of the workplace.
