Nathan is a Professional Engineer and Project Manager at Benchmark Group, where he leads engineering efforts for clients like Walmart, Circle K, and hospitality groups. With expertise in electrical design, quality control, and team development, he ensures the successful execution of complex projects from concept through completion. Nathan’s work focuses on maintaining Revit prototypes, enhancing design efficiency, and fostering strong client relationships.

Since joining Benchmark Group in 2019 as an Electrical Designer, Nathan has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including churches, retail stores, restaurants, fitness centers, and unique one-off projects. He played a pivotal role in managing internal Revit templates and improving processes to increase productivity. In 2024, Nathan advanced to Professional Electrical Engineer and transitioned to the Walmart Construction Team. By early 2025, he expanded his responsibilities as Project Manager, overseeing project coordination and ensuring top-quality outcomes.

Before Benchmark Group, Nathan accumulated over a decade of design experience in industries such as healthcare, education, hospitality, and multi-family projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, which he earned while gaining hands-on experience in design, site visits, RFIs, and submittal reviews.
