Senior Architect

Mark is a licensed architect with nearly 45 years of experience delivering commercial, retail, religious, and higher education projects. Returning to Benchmark Group after previously working with the firm, he serves as a Senior Architect, providing technical expertise and project leadership throughout the design and construction process.

During his earlier tenure at Benchmark Group, Mark contributed to projects for Hastings, KEVA Juice, Arby’s, Perkins, and other commercial Clients. Over the past 13 years, he served with a different firm as the Project Architect on projects for the University of Arkansas and Arkansas Tech University. Three of the University of Arkansas projects received AIA design awards, including the Starbucks at the University of Arkansas campus. Additionally, he assisted with the work on the Sam Walton Auditorium at Walmart’s new home office campus.

Mark is NCARB certified, a member of AIA, and a LEED AP. He is recognized for his collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality design solutions that support each Client’s goals.
