Loren M. Leamy, P.E.

Loren Leamy is a Professional Engineer who earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. With a strong foundation in HVAC and plumbing system design, Loren brings technical expertise and a detail-oriented, collaborative approach to delivering high-quality engineering solutions for commercial projects.

Loren began his career at Benchmark Group as a designer working on Target projects before expanding his experience to a broader range of commercial clients, including Bass Pro, Sam’s Club, and 7 Brew. He performed HVAC and plumbing engineering design for commercial projects, including conducting HVAC load calculations, evaluating system alternatives, selecting equipment, and developing code-compliant designs in accordance with applicable mechanical, plumbing, fuel gas, and energy conservation codes.

As a licensed Professional Engineer, Loren coordinates mechanical systems across disciplines to ensure fully integrated, high-performing designs. He develops construction documents, resolves design challenges, and ensures projects meet both code requirements and client expectations.  With a strong technical skill set and a commitment to coordination and accuracy, Loren plays an important role in delivering efficient, code-compliant, and well-coordinated mechanical system designs.
