Lesya Morrison

In 2005, Lesya joined Benchmark Group and served in various roles including Designer, Permit Coordinator, Permitting Acquisition Specialist, and Administrative Assistant. She developed prototypes, created shell plans for remodels and Cap-X projects, and coordinated long-term with city officials for permits. Between 2012 and 2021, Lesya worked outside of BG as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Program Manager. The responsibilities of her roles included overseeing project scheduling, quality control, budgeting, and site visits, as well as coordinating with on-site contractors and engineers. Since rejoining Benchmark Group, Lesya has taken on the role of Project Manager where she coordinates projects with design Staff, oversees project scheduling, keeps Clients updated on project status, and ensures deadlines are met.
