Lee Colville

BIM Manager

Lee has nearly three decades of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Since joining the company in 2008, he has supported major retail clients through the design and development of new stores, remodels, expansions, and prototype programs, while helping advance the firm’s technology and design processes.

Throughout his career, Lee has served as a Mechanical Designer, AutoCAD and Revit Trainer, Engineering CAD/BIM Coordinator, and BIM Manager. His experience includes developing and maintaining prototype programs, creating custom tools and workflows, establishing CAD and BIM standards, and training hundreds of professionals across multiple organizations. He has also played a key role in improving project delivery through technology implementation, process development, and team training.

In his current role, Lee leads Benchmark Group’s BIM strategy, technology initiatives, training programs, and process improvement efforts. As an Autodesk Revit beta tester and regular attendee of Autodesk University, he remains actively engaged in emerging technologies and industry best practices, helping drive collaboration, efficiency, and design quality across the company.
