Justin Rea

Project Manager, Architecture

Justin earned his Bachelor of Architecture from Oklahoma State University. He joined Benchmark Group in 2015 and has worked on a variety of projects. As a designer, Justin has experience in ground-up construction and remodels in retail, food service, and multi-family. Other areas of expertise are scoping and field verification to determine design feasibility and possible issues that may affect the project design.

As a Project Manager, Justin ensures that the design team maintains the proper schedule for timely delivery of projects. He is also responsible for quality control of all work performed by the designers of the team, and he maintains the training for the design team. Justin handles coordination with Program Managers on proposals for new clients and helps maintain communication with existing clients.
