Joie attended Texas Tech University and the University of Texas at Arlington where she obtained her Master of Architecture. She is bilingual, speaking both Japanese and English. Located in the Dallas area since 2006, Joie joined Benchmark Group in 2019 as the Architectural Director in Dallas.

Joie’s client base consists of retail, restaurant, developers, multi-family, auto, financial, and entertainment with projects that include tenant improvements, new construction, renovations, and prototype development and management. She has extensive experience in production, project management, client account management, and business development.
