Jessica is an experienced permitting professional with extensive expertise in commercial construction permitting, regulatory coordination, and project support for nationwide development programs. She began her permitting career in 2018 and joined Benchmark Group in 2025 as a Senior Permitting Specialist before being promoted to Permitting Manager in 2026.

Throughout her career, Jessica has developed expertise in navigating complex permitting processes for commercial construction projects across the country. Her experience includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, Clients, and government agencies to obtain required approvals, interpreting regulatory requirements, resolving jurisdictional challenges, and improving permitting workflows to support efficient project delivery.

In her current role, Jessica leads Benchmark Group’s permitting department, overseeing daily operations, staff development, and permit expediting and tracking for nationwide projects. She is committed to streamlining processes, providing exceptional Client service, and ensuring projects move efficiently through the permitting process while maintaining compliance with local and national requirements.
