Jeremiah started his career with Benchmark Group in 2010 as a Helpdesk Tech, moved up to the role of System Administrator, and was then promoted to his current position as IT Manager. His responsibilities include the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of all systems’ hardware, software, and related infrastructure. He ensures that Benchmark Group’s systems and related procedures adhere to our organization’s values and enable our Staff to perform their jobs efficiently.
He leads a team that delivers support to end users on a variety of IT issues; performs delivery, physical setup, installation, troubleshooting and repair of hardware; performs preventative maintenance routines; works with 3rd party vendors to acquire new equipment; and researches system specifications for future hardware updates.
Prior to working at Benchmark, Jeremiah was a Senior Service Manager at a technology solutions company. Over the past two decades, he has worked on over 30,000 IT tickets encompassing several types of devices, servers, and operating systems.
