Jeremiah started his career with Benchmark Group in 2010 as a Helpdesk Tech and later moved up to the role of System Administrator. He was then promoted to his current position as IT Manager. His responsibilities include the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of all systems’ hardware, software, and related infrastructure. He ensures that Benchmark Group’s systems and related procedures adhere to our organization’s values and enable our Staff to perform their jobs efficiently.
Jeremiah leads a team that delivers support to end users on a variety of IT issues, as well as performs delivery, physical setup, installation, troubleshooting and repair of hardware. He also performs preventative maintenance routines and works with 3rd party vendors to acquire new equipment. His duties also include researching system specifications for future hardware updates.
Prior to working at Benchmark Group, Jeremiah was a Senior Service Manager at a technology solutions company. Over the past two decades, he has worked on over 30,000 IT tickets encompassing several types of devices, servers, and operating systems.
