Jason joined Benchmark Group in 2004 as a Fire Protection Designer. While at Benchmark Group, Jason has gained experience designing fire sprinkler systems for retail buildings, schools, churches, residential, and restaurants. He has also served as the Fire Protection Lead for prototype layouts of large national retail chains. Previous positions held at Benchmark Group include Fire Protection Designer, Sr. Fire Protection Designer, Fire Discipline Specialist, and Sr. Fire Protection Specialist. He has since been promoted to Project Manager – Fire Protection. His current duties include coordinating and managing multiple project types for Clients, as well as overseeing quality control and project deadlines.

Previous to Benchmark Group, Jason served as a Crash and Salvage Crewman in the U.S. Navy, and he has also installed, inspected, tested, and repaired fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, and fire sprinkler systems. He also has experience in firefighting. With over 25 years of work in Fire Protection, Jason’s knowledge and experience make him a valuable member of the Benchmark Group team.

Jason is NICET Level II certified for Water-Based Systems Layout.
