Esmeraldo (“Raldy”) earned his Bachelor of Science, Architecture and his Master of Architecture from Texas Tech University with a minor in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining Benchmark Group, Esmeraldo gained several years of experience as a Project Manager, where he coordinated with Clients and General Contractors, created schedules for deliverables, performed construction administration, and was actively involved in recruiting and hiring.

Esmeraldo joined Benchmark Group in 2019 as a Senior Architectural Designer for our Dallas Architectural team and was quickly promoted to Project Manager. His duties include Client relationship management as well as programming and space planning, schematic design, design development, code research, 3D modeling and rendering, and construction documentation and administration. His diverse background in projects includes tenant improvements, new construction, renovations, and prototype development and management for retail, restaurant, industrial, and commercial Clients.
