Christy earned her Associate of Science in Business from Northwest Arkansas Community College. She began at Benchmark Group in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant in the Architecture Department, then transferred to the IT department in 2010 as a Helpdesk Tech. She earned a promotion to her current role as Systems Manager.

As Systems Manager, Christy is responsible for setting and implementing standards, efficiencies, and best practices. She is also responsible for the management and support of the performance of IT systems. She coordinates with multiple disciplines and Client teams to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
