Caleb “Tripp” Weaver is a Professional Engineer who received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He joined Benchmark Group as a Mechanical Designer II in 2019, with experience in plumbing and HVAC design of one-off projects. While at Benchmark Group, Tripp has designed both one-off and proto-typical projects including mega-churches, healthcare facilities, multistory office spaces, coffee shops, big box retail, and fitness facilities. In addition to his role as a Designer, he has also served as the mechanical QA/QC for his team. Tripp is proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. He enjoys training new mechanical designers on general design criteria as well as client-specific design specifications.
