Senior Construction Management Specialist

As Senior Construction Management Specialist, Bill’s responsibilities include site surveys and observations for various project types and clients. He regularly works across various disciplines, including architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection. He has also been instrumental in the design and implementation of estimating training at Benchmark Group. He has experience in several diverse types of construction such as residential, retail, restaurants, offices, and medical buildings.

Bill began as a Construction Observation Administrator at Benchmark Group. Previous to Benchmark Group, he served as a carpenter, project superintendent, estimator, project manager, and chief estimator, gaining over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

Bill is currently a Certified Commercial Property Inspector.
