April Hollimon

Project Manager, Architecture •

April earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Florida A&M University. She began at Benchmark Group in 2023 as a Project Manager with over 17 years of diverse experience in the architectural field. Her experience includes project types such as retail, education, municipal, multi-family, office, and healthcare. Previous to her work at Benchmark Group, she has served as Job Captain, where she led production on several ground-up and renovation projects. Her extensive knowledge of different types of projects has given her a strong understanding of the built environment as well as winning strategies for addressing Client needs.

In her role as Project Manager, April oversees and coordinates projects with design Staff. She also keeps track of project scheduling and ensures that Clients are updated on project status. Her duties also include training and mentoring Staff.
