IT Manager

Jeremiah is a seasoned IT leader with over 30 years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure management, and software development oversight. Since joining Benchmark Group in 2010, Jeremiah has advanced from Helpdesk Technician to System Administrator and now serves as IT Manager. In this role, he directs all facets of IT operations, including strategic planning, security compliance, and cloud infrastructure.

Jeremiah is responsible for ensuring that Benchmark Group’s technology aligns with organizational values and enables staff to perform efficiently. He leads a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals and software developers, overseeing the full spectrum of technology needs—from custom software development and application support to end-user assistance, system migrations, and vendor management.

Prior to his tenure at Benchmark Group, Jeremiah served as a Senior Service Manager, where he honed his technical skills. He combines this deep technical background with a passion for problem-solving to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions.
