Roy joined the Benchmark team in 2001. He has more than 20 years of Mechanical Engineering consulting experience. His primary expertise is in HVAC and plumbing design for retail buildings. He also has experience in refrigeration design, fire protection design, and energy analysis. His experience includes retail remodel projects across the country for Walmart and Kroger. Other projects include a county-wide Mechanical Needs Assessment for the Sarasota County School system in Florida, and a campus-wide energy analysis for the Manatee Community College campuses in Bradenton and Englewood, Florida.
Roy is a Professional Engineer licensed in 40 states and the District of Columbia.
