Rob is a Project Manager with more than 30 years of experience in project management, quality control, and specifications development. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Sciences with a minor in Computer Science from Westmar College. Rob began his career in 1989 as a draftsman and advanced into project management, overseeing large-scale retail expansions and remodels while coordinating with architectural and engineering teams.
Since joining Benchmark Group in 2005, Rob has served in several leadership roles, including Specifications Manager, Program Manager, Quality Control Lead, and Project Manager. His experience includes developing construction documents, securing permits, maintaining prototype standards, and mentoring designers in construction practices and documentation standards.
In his current role, Rob works closely with Clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality construction documents and timely permits for nationwide remodeling programs. He draws on decades of experience to provide practical solutions and ensure each project is completed with a strong focus on quality, constructability, and Client service.
