Heather Hurst

Human Resources Manager •

Heather began her career at Benchmark Group in 2006 as a Human Resources Assistant. In 2013, she was promoted to Human Resources Manager, in which she oversees a team dedicated to the well-being of our current Staff while also working hard to hire excellent new team members. Heather is also responsible for developing, coordinating, and facilitating human resource activities to support organizational goals and business development strategies.

As a member of both the Northwest Arkansas Human Resources Association (NOARK) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Heather continues to be a learner and a leader in her field and proves to be an invaluable member of our Benchmark Group team.
